SHIPPING

We ship with Australia Post and at this stage only within Australia. 

• Standard Post - $10.00. Please allow up to 5 business days.
• Express Post - $15.00. Please allow up to 1-3 business days.

Please note: We do not have control over shipping times and are not responsible for delays with Australia Post. If you have any issues with your delivery please contact Australia Post.

Australia Post recommends using their mobile app and tracking tool. They provide the most accurate and up to date info. If your parcel is more than 15 business days late, please lodge a late item enquiry. 

 

CLICK AND COLLECT

Click and collect is available from our NSW warehouse in Orchard Hills. Please select Click and collect at the checkout for free pick up Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. Please contact us if you require an alternate day or time frame.

Once we have processed your order you will receive a text message to say it's ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation email and your ID with you.

 

COVID DELAYS

Extended lockdowns across our most populous states mean record numbers of people are shopping online. This has caused an unprecedented surge in parcel deliveries.

We can not stress enough that adding express helps your package move faster. 

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
