Returns Policy

RETURNS

Our returns policy is valid for 30 days from the day your product arrives. If 30 days have passed since your purchase arrived, unfortunately we can no longer offer you a replacement.

Please choose your items carefully as we do not accept returns for change of mind purchases, we will only accept returns for faulty or damaged goods. 

If you believe your item is damaged or faulty please contact us at info@thekindstore.com.au. Please include your order number and attach photos of the damaged or faulty item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or E-gift cards. Our Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and are non refundable. 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
